What is included in regular pest control service?
Regular visits include an exterior perimeter treatment, a detailed brush-down of accessible eaves, windows, doors, entry areas, lanais, pool cages and exterior lights, and granular treatment in appropriate lawn, mulch and landscape areas where pests travel. Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Recurring general pest prevention uses a 12-month agreement. A $100 early-cancellation fee applies under the agreement. We explain your service frequency, coverage and pricing before you sign. Specialty services are quoted separately.
Can termites be treated without tenting the house?
Sometimes. The right approach depends on the termite species, where activity is found and the extent of the problem. After a free inspection, we may recommend a no-tent plan for more than one affected area when appropriate. Localized spot treatment is a separate option for clearly identified, limited activity. What does rodent control involve?
We inspect for rodent activity and common entry points, then recommend trapping, monitoring and sealing where appropriate. Trapping, bait-station monitoring and exclusion are separately quoted services. Sealing and cleanup are not included with trapping or monitoring.
